Nivea’s ‘skin boosting’ anti-ageing serum now under £9

Amazon shoppers are impressed with a £8 “wrinkle filler” from Nivea that smooths out fine lines and boosts skin texture within two weeks. Skincare lovers dubbed it a “serum that really works,” and some proudly call themselves repeat loyal customers.

The Nivea Q10 Anti-Wrinkle Expert Dual Action Facial Serum, reduced from £17.99 to £8.37, is packed with the highest concentration of powerful ingredients, Glycostop and Q10, to reduce wrinkles. The advanced anti-ageing blend blocks glycation to provide a “formidable shield against sugar damage” and stop the “formation of new wrinkles”.

A clinical study of the serum shows that 91% of women reported a “visible reduction in deep wrinkles within two weeks” and 97% noting “smoother skin immediately”.

Amazon’s limited-time deal sees the price of the Nivea Q10 serum drop to £8.37, and one shopper shared: “The product is a good price, and I think that there’s improvement in skin texture. I may not look 21 again, but my skin feels happier, and it does look better, too.”

A second wrote: “I’m a repeat customer here. It’s lightweight, smooth, and smells beautiful. It reminds me of after-sun lotion. I can feel it boosting my skin and is quickly absorbed.”

Another called it the “good stuff” and added, “It applies well to my skin. It can be a little bit sticky until it absorbs, but that is normal as it takes time. I have noticed no new lines appear over the past six weeks, which is great for me.”

However, some users didn’t like the sticky feeling and took a star off the rating. Others commented on how the product smells, stating: “It’s nice, alright, but I hate the smell of this serum so much. It’s a sickly sweet scent.”

For those who want to give it a try, you can purchase it on Amazon for £8.37. Shoppers who look to tackle early signs of ageing like fine lines and dullness can also use The Oridinary’s Multi-Peptide + HA Serum, which is £15.90. Happy buyers of this product have praised it as being ‘hydrating’ while also being affordable.

Alternatively, if you want to spend a bit more, Estee Lauder’s Advanced Night Repair Serum has been praised by beauty buffs as a remedy for advanced ageing. One shopper said: “I have been using night repair for 40 years.

“It has always been great, but over the years, it has improved immensely. Thank you, Esteelauder, for your work on this product. I use it twice a day.” However, some shoppers said they were sensitive to the product’s ingredients, so as with all creams always do a patch test before using. It’s now on 25% offer at Debenhams with prices starting from £48.75 for 30ml.
