Sarah Jessica Parker shares ‘holy grail’ RoC cream for youthful eyes

Sarah Jessica Parker always looks glamorous with mesmerising outfits and makeup on screen. At the age of 59, the actress her skin is still incredible without the help of injectables.

The Sex and the City star has mentioned her beauty regime in the past and recently, she shared with fans on social media the products she currently loves using – and they’re surprisingly affordable.

It just so happens that Sarah relies on products from a French pharmacy brand – including RoC’s Retinol Correxion Line Smoothing Eye Cream, which can be found on Boots at half-price, making it £13.99.

In one Instagram post, she held the eye cream in her hand and applied it to her under-eye while looking up at the sun. The photo caption read: “The RoC skincare Line Smoothing Eye Cream. A true holy grail product for keeping my under eyes smooth. At home, at work, and during summer travels. I’m never without it.”

The retinol eye treatment targets three signs of ageing: puffiness, dark circles and wrinkles. With the formula co-developed by dermatologists and plastic surgeons, it’s gentle enough to use daily.

If Sarah Jessica Parker’s words are not convincing enough, there are nearly 4,400 reviews on Amazon with more than half of the shoppers giving a five-star rating.

One said: “Did not think this would work but was pleasantly surprised as I have very dark under eye bags. Slowly but surely they have started to lighten. Very, very happy with this product!”

Another was happy that she didn’t get any irritation and added: “After using this cream for three months, I visibly noticed a difference in the texture of my skin around my eyes, felt supple and comfortable not dry. Moisturises the eye area well.”

Other than retinol, the eye cream is also packed with an exclusive mineral complex to keep your delicate skin moisturised and plumped. Clinical results showed it “visibly brightens and depuffs eyes in four weeks and reduce the appearance of fine lines by 50% in 12 weeks”.

But some struggled to see any difference, with one mentioning: “It doesn’t meet my needs, it immediately seems hydrating but after five minutes it makes balls. The cream becomes dry and comes off.”
