The Who legend Roger Daltrey adds huge summer shows to his 2025 UK tour | Music | Entertainment

Roger Daltrey is set to perform different takes on classic The Who songs, alongside solo hits at his newly announced summer concerts.

Accompanied by his 9-piece band, including Simon Townshend (Pete’s brother) on guitar and vocals, the 80-year-old singer will be performing at the Piece Hall in Halifax on Wednesday July 30, and Margate Summer Series at Dreamland on August 8.

The news follows the announcement of his 2025 solo tour across next April and May.

Daltrey said: “Here we go again! After touring the US with this band of phenomenal musicians, I can’t wait to get back on the road in the UK with these shows. It’s a joy to be on stage performing and sharing familiar songs in an unfamiliar way.”
